CBT Associates of Toronto
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a short-term approach (usually 8-20 sessions) that emphasizes the importance of thinking in determining our emotions and actions.
After 10 years of growing our practice we have relocated to a bigger and better space. We are now located at 85 Richmond Street West, Suite 700. Our new downtown location is only one short block north of our old location and thus we will continue to be conveniently located for clients who live and/or work downtown and those who use the TTC.
